Let's get the negative out of the way. There aren't enough aides at certain times. My mom waited twenty minutes sometimes for bathroom assistance. The positives. Very clean. Nurses and aides didn't just care for my mom, the loved her. Most of the staff, from speech therapy to physical therapy were friendly and gentle. The APRN who treated her was knowledgeable, concerned and open to any questions and suggestions. I have no regrets.
