Had several jobs done with the old owners and top shelf work. New owners as of about 3 months and I brought my car there last week for engine hesitation when wet. After a week there were no calls no estimates or no attempt to reach out to me so i stopped in this morning. The owner ( I'm guessing ) threw his arms up and said I'm to busy this week to deal with you, take it somewhere else. That was a first for me. HIGHLY RECOMENDED!! My teenagers was taking her car to get fixed a local autoshop(Holyoke MA), but it seemed like she was there once a month. they kept breaking stuff in her car just so that they can continue making money off of her. My boss told me about Fox Hills because this is where they bring all the company cars. I gave it a shot and my kid and I are very pleased. I had been taking my car for repair at the dealership and paid for unnecessary, expensive repairs. I have faith in the mechanics and more money in my wallet thanks to their experience and work ethic.

A perfect combination of reasonable rates per hr and knowledgeable mechanics who care! They are great and if needed can p/u your car/truck for repair -- they are also Fox-hill towing! I highly recommend them! This is a pop and sons domain and runs great! So glad we found them in these tough times since they strive to make things reasonable and do the job right! Try them out and you will be happy! From a valued customer!
