My building contractor used Fox when my home was built. For the most part they did a good job. I do have some rattling in the ceiling above the instant water heater but nothing too bad. Except for this ... Where they dropped the ball was when they installed my stove vent into the ceiling above my kitchen. Shortly after moving in, the roof began to leak around the vent. They sent somebody out to remedy the problem with a tube of caulk. Needless to say that was a short term solution to get them through the warranty period. The... read more
