I called this morning and they came out within 3 hrs. Jeremy and Samantha were awesome. They had system up and running within a few minutes. Thanks for your friendly and excellent service.

I called on a Friday and was able to set up an appointment for the next day. The young lady I spoke to on the phone was wonderful. On Sat, the day of my appointment, I received a call from Jeremy who wanted to confirm and said he would be there in 25 min. 25 min later, he was at my door. He took a lot of time explaining what the issue was and fixed it. My A/C is working better than ever. He was nice, professional and knew what he was doing.

Today my furnace went out. I called Fox Heating and Air this morning at 8:00am. Gave me a appointment for today after 12:00. The tech called 30min prior to arriving at my home which I thought was nice. Found the problem with in 30 mins explained all of my options and I chose to repair this time (it nice for a company to give you options instead of you just need a new furnace.) An update to my review below - my daughter talked with the company owner and he was very apologetic. His technician was new and obviously did not properly handle the call. The owner agreed to refund my daughter the money she needlessly spent. Based on that, I rate the company excellent. Anyone can make a mistake or have an employee make a mistake. When that mistake is promptly and properly handled, that is indication of a quality company. My daughter called to have her A/C checked, as it quit cooling. The first service call ... read more
