Terrible customer service and ethics. Need a new gasket for their water bottle (impossible to find a compatible online and in shops). They said to buy a new lid. Greedy and non focused on environment.
Waste of time at backyard sale. Not worth the visit
Ordered a set of 180 jersey and pants for my son they shipped the jersey and told me they did not have the pants in stock don’t send half of the order not professional at all I like fox products but I think this is the last time for them be careful doing business with them they don’t care and the people on the phone when you call don’t care either do better inventory.
Wasn't happy with experience with QuietKat customer service. In my opinion, this was a bad addition to the Vista Outdoor portfolio. Battery was assembled poorly , hopefully it doesn't ignite when charging.
