Worst company ever, blackmailed my money for at least $200 per shipment, waste of money and time since there are too many incidents in the process, I wish I could give negative stars to them.
Poor handling of time sensitive paperwork.
First time to use Fox Global. After shipping, they charged a lot more fees from us compared with other forwarders. We want supporting documents to show their charges. They cannot provide any which means at least 2-3 fees listed are false charges because we never receive such fees from our other forwarders. We have to pay them. Otherwise they won't release freight. We are forced to pay a few false charges. We will never use them and will report to the authority.
