Run...don't walk away from this group. Set up an appointment for results and never called, have left five messages and no return calls. Also have a billing code issue and was spoke very rudely to on the phone.
Very rarely get through on the phone. They have a backup number but they don't always call you back call you back
Consistent bad experience with trying to get in touch. Nurses often don't call back at all. For tele-health you essentially have to be open for a call the entire day. Typically booked out for several months even for tele visits. New patients, beware.
