Not the best contractor Extremely messy never really cleans up Always wants money ahead of schedule Would not be my first choice if I was renovating again I am guessing the good reviews were paid for I asked for references and the people I talk to all said good things about Mario, in fact, one gentleman said that they always leave the site clean our site look like a pigsty during the entire construction
Mario and his team built our beautiful and functional house, which received compliments from visitors any time they came over! He is clearly super knowledgeable about constructing houses, giving us the utmost confidence that our house was structurally sound and safe.
