We had the most incredible experience flying from Naples, Florida to Toronto, Ontario. The medical crew was fantastic. Even after we arrived to the hospital, our nurse advocated for my Mom to be placed in the appropriate unit with the best care. He stayed for hours making sure all of the medical team was updated on her status and care needs. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
FOX AVIATION REPATRIATION for Liz L. I am now safely back in Belleville Ontario in my home, after 10 days in ICU at Cenro Medico, in Guatemala City, Guatemala due to Covid pneumonia. The care I received was excellent there, and cannot thank the doctors and nurses for their compassion, love and support, along with encouragement to get me well . I had to cancell my flight I got sicker..they sent me an email stating it was cancelled no cost because they did nothing i cancelled 3 days before scheduled departure.But they had my credit card. These guys are crooks...I thank them.then the owner came back and charged my card ..The owner is long on promise short on delivery..lieing and cheating old sick people..SHAME!! 7000.00 cad dollars. In my opinion use someone else.! They cannot be trusted..whatever you do don't give them your credit card they cannot be trusted

After my father suffered heart failure in Playa del Carmen, we found ourselves with no insurance and needed to bring my dad back to Toronto to recover. We had not choice but to hire an air amb. After search a few companies we found Fox flight online. Becuase there were only two reviews online, I was hesitant as we are so used to reading reviews for ererything we do nowadays.
