I cancelled my membership and never got a refund back. I have been informed that on their end that it was processed, however, I have never received the funds in which I am very disappointed.

I canceled my membership and still ended up being held financially responsible. The entire situation was frustrating and felt unfair. I made a good-faith effort to resolve the issue, followed the required process, and communicated my concerns, but I was left paying anyway for a refund that I was supposed to receive by Texas law. The cancellation process was far more difficult than it should have been, and I felt like customer concerns were treated as an afterthought. May 25, Fox fitness getting new vinyl on many of the seats and pads. Always making improvements. But music too loud when nearly everyone has ear buds as and headphones.... ------------------- Was in the gym today, C2 rower had a loose foot pad/rest. Told Lane at the desk about it, he got some tools and had it straightened out in less than 10 mins. Great job! Getting it fixed right away prevented it getting additional damage from being loose. Appreciate his work.

Cheap day pass Clean gym Friendly Would go back! Free weights and outside area as well
