I was heading to the range to zero my rifle when a buffer tube detent spring went out and stopped me from shooting. I stopped at Fox Firearms in Grants Pass, and they had the part on hand and installed it on the spot so I could get back to the range the same day. That kind of help is hard to find. They didn’t make it a big production—just found the spring, put it in, and sent me on my way.
