Ever since they switched to NWM the ability to see the doctor has gone down the tubes. I haven't been able to reschedule any appointment. I have been using this doctor for 25+ years but now that my doctor is retiring it might be time to find a new doctor's office not involved with NM

It says it opens 7:30am Thursday, I tried calling, it's answering machine saying they're closed, tried to call the after hour answer service, they hang up, twice
The people and doctors at FVFP are the best. Unfortunately they are now under the NW medicine umbrella. Any call for any reason takes literally hours to be answered. "Press 1 and the next available agent will call you back" NEVER! NW is the absolute worst. I've been trying to schedule surgery and NW medicine has made itnext to impossible. They want approval from a list of doctors and then make it excruciatingly difficult to get that approval. I haven’t seen a primary doctor in years due to having to take care of my mom who had terminal cancer. She passed last year and I desperately needed to see someone for help with my depression and the additional effects of years worth of heartbreak. I had some insurance issues but I made it known that I would be covered prior to the appointment.
