Never had an issue with this medical group. Only issue with NW Corporate is having a Call Center to feed calls through to the individual medical groups. Talking with the actual office staff seems to be the issue, and many patients miss that personal touch. NW Corporate may want to rethink how it handles these types of calls.
Bill you to death on everything! Pay attention and ask questions to make sure insurance covers the things they are doing
