They don't respond to email, phone number has loud hold music and then they say no one is available. So much for service and support.
Well i purchased these shocks back in April 1st of 2022 and not even a few weeks later after installing my 3.5in lift kit the left rear shock bottom blew out started leaking shock fluid everywhere, So contacted the company that i purchased them from and they said that its normal wear and tear, i haven't even had a chance to put the shocks too the text off-road wise without having the shocks break. Also contacted fox themselves and spoke too a worker there, told me to send them an email with all the information, haven't heard... read more
