My experience with FOX has been extremely disappointing, both in terms of product quality and after-sales support. A FOX fork marketed as a premium, race-oriented product showed a serious functional issue during normal riding. The compression selector is extremely hard to turn under load, to the point that I must stop riding and unload the fork to switch modes. Fox has shut down the museum, so only a couple of displays in the lobby area. No real attraction or reason to visit here unless you have some business with Fox. Nice staff, gave my grandson a couple of stickers.
