This insurance is a joke. There are very few providers that even know who they are, much less accept them. They refuse to pay for name brand prescriptions. Even if there is no generic they will say theres a similar drug out there, even though you might not be able to take that one. They like to play dr and decide what procedures you can have done, even though your dr is the kne wanting you to have the procedures done. Their customer service sucks about 80 percent of the time.
