Apparently when you leave your pontoon in the ocean, you are supposed to get the barnacles removed. I'm dumb, and when I called Fox, they sent out Ian and he took great care of my boat, "Drain Pan". Highly recommend, Drain Pan is shiny now.
Fantastic service, always prompt and left our boat in grease shape. Highly recommend.
