Just had our first visit to this vet and they were so kind! They are not trying to gouge you for money from what I could tell from our first visit! I wish I could remember the names of the 2 ladies that helped me because they were very sweet and straight forward! Thanks for taking care of my fur baby!
I called to make an appt to have our dog's dew claw removed as it was injured while playing. Fox Creek asked if I would like to come in that day. I said 'sure', thinking they just happened to have an opening. I was not told I would be charged extra as they considered this an 'urgent' appt. In my view, this was not an urgent situation. I was already being charged $97 for a 'Sick Pet Exam'. I asked that the charge be removed, but they said 'no'. The charges were quite high.$87 for bandage application & supplies.
