I had a very negative experience with Dr. Casavant and Dr. K. Corrigan at this clinic. In December 2023, Dr. Casavant blamed me for my workplace injury, telling me it was my fault and that my employer would now have problems because of me. Additionally, she created a second WCB case number and misspelled my name, which I believe caused unnecessary delays in getting my MRI.
