Fox Creek never completed the job. Our gas log set installation was not to code. We paid in full and still cannot run it. There was no remedy. Do not hire.
I just had a new furnace installed, and I've used Fox Creek over the years since buying my house in '07. About 10 years ago I had Fox Creek add in AC to our existing furnace. Besides normal service or coolant refill, it's worked great. After 18 years with our original furnance, we started to have some hiccups with it. Charged us over 500 for service had to have 2 of our renis reserviced by another company one of the two was never touched ..don't bother
Excellent service. They have fixed things that other contractors could not fix
