Fox Creek are tough to deal with... they don't answer the phone, they don't seem to fix the problems and they always want to charge you for any call, even when it is a call regarding the work they performed which wasn't working properly.
We had them replace our furnace and for the first 6 months it was nothing but a nightmare experience. Service mistakes, long delays, dishonest staff - I would avoid these guys like the plague.
Don’t know how they’re still in business. Tried to get them to work on 2 units 2 months ago and they just ghosted us. Thanks guys
