Trust me, i wouldn't recommend renting from them. The owner is also a Lawyer in St Louis and the park manager who also lives in the park will harass you, drive past your trailer 5 times a day taking pictures. We owned our home and paid the rent and even had proof of all payments but randomly out of nowhere recieved a summons for court regaurding late fees of almost $1,000 because they raised the lot rent without notifying us about it or anything.
