Very disappointing experience at the Scheuring Road location. For someone holding the title of Vice President, Jordan Smith demonstrated surprisingly poor judgment, weak communication, and an inadequate understanding of the lending process. The tellers also seemed unfamiliar with the accounts they were servicing. After more than 20 years as a customer, I expected far better.
They assisted with a headache of paper and made the process easy as pie
