Well, this is their work after only a year. And apparently no warranty. You decide. Sad for what passes for a business these days.
I had an apartment complex paced by grease guys. They didn’t treat for weeds under the asphalt so within three months I had weeds growing up out of my new asphalt. I had to threaten a lawsuit to get them to fix it. Two years later a large section about 20 ft.² is Alligatoring and a big pothole has formed. They had specifically told me that it would not Alligator crack. It appears they put the asphalt down to thin to save on cost. This was a $50,000 job. They have not fixed it.
