Nick treats all the staff and clients terribly. I took my 8 year old daughter there and the place looked so dirty and I could hear Nick yelling at his staff. He’s the rudest person I have ever met. If you want your kid to get help you can help them by not going here.
We have utilized Fox clinical services for years. Our entire family has benefited in so many ways. The owner and staff have never been anything other than kind and respectful. Staff seem to really get along well with each other and have worked in concert at times when we required it. I have referred numerous friends and customers here. Had a visit with my son for an assessment. 2 years have passed and never received one bill from them. Flash forward to today and they made a $10 charge and $40 charge to my account. When acquiring about charges (of which I called them probably 20 times and no one ever answers) they said I had an outstanding balance. To which I asked when would I be notified of payments taken from my account. My family lives paycheck to paycheck and every dollar counts.
