I had a very positive experience with Fox Clinical Services. I was diagnosed with inattentive ADHD at the age of 40, which is not an easy condition to identify, especially later in life. The team was professional, patient, and truly took the time to understand my situation. Getting the correct diagnosis has significantly improved my quality of life and helped me better understand myself. I’m very grateful for their expertise and highly recommend them to anyone looking for thoughtful and accurate mental health support.
Bad customer service. At least try to make it a little less obvious that they couldn’t care about anything less if it’s not related to billing. Office dodges all phone calls and does not answer unless it’s related to collecting payment. Didn’t offer support or follow up, as a HC worker I find their professionalism disappointing

Nick treats all the staff and clients terribly. I took my 8 year old daughter there and the place looked so dirty and I could hear Nick yelling at his staff. He’s the rudest person I have ever met. If you want your kid to get help you can help them by not going here.
