Fire Fitness teams have helped me gain momentum in my workout routine. I’ve learned to challenge myself and I can do what I set my mind to, especially during my first pregnancy. Group fitness helps keep me motivated and encouraged. I am now in pregnancy #2 and plan to stay fit this time around as well! 💪 (picture holding my 250 camp band during pregnancy #1).
Fox City Fire creates an atmosphere that is friendly, which Motivates you to work hard and get a lot out of your 30 minutes. That’s what I like. It never starts two minutes before or two minutes after and it never goes two minutes short or two minutes longer. 30 minute workout with lots of encouragement.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Perfect place for all ages, sizes & skill levels. Take it from a mature, uncoordinated, woman No judgement, just encouragement all around.
Just hit my one-year mark at Fox City Fire and I couldn’t be more proud of how far I’ve come! FIRE has been such a useful tool in my fitness journey! I love the fact that's it's 30 minutes - you get a lot out of that half hour! I have not only increased my strength & endurance, but have made some lasting friendships through the FIRE FAM!
