The day I walked through the doors of FIRE I had no idea my life was about to change forever. Energetic and motivating! Each camp pushes me to be stronger and to work harder. When I'm there, I'm with my other family. There's no other place that would keep me as disciplined as Fire Fitness!
Fox City FIRE has always been consistent in providing a supportive and non-judgmental environment. I on the other hand, have not always been so consistent. Multiple times, I’ve walked away with one excuse or another. Approximately five months ago I walked back in. They gave a warm welcome and are helping me strategize how to overcome the mental barriers and self-defeating behaviors that have held me back for years. Finished my first week at FIRE and had a blast while pushing myself and sweating my butt off! All the coaches I met so far are great! They challenge you to dig for that next rep even when your mind and body want to quit. Great community as well. At each session I met someone new who was excited for the workout and eager to workout along side me!
