Starting with Fire over 7 years ago, I knew this program was for me. I’ve tried planet and Xperience fitness before it closed and I’m so glad I made the jump. My confidence is up, anxiety/depression levels have decreased greatly and I actually feel that “accomplished” feeling after every camp. The coaches are amazing and all you have to do is walk through the door. It’s not just a gym, it’s like family
This gym has been my happy place for the last 7+ years. The owner, facility, and other clients all add to what makes this place what it is. The workouts are constantly changing and new templates and upgrades are being implemented all the time to ensure no one’s experience gets stale. Down 50+ lbs and keeping it off!
So glad I found an awesome workout community! Each day when I walk through the doors I am always greeted with smiles and hellos! What a great environment FIRE has. I love challenging myself alongside so many others who are doing the same!

Energetic and motivating! Each camp pushes me to be stronger and to work harder. When I'm there, I'm with my other family. There's no other place that would keep me as disciplined as Fire Fitness!
