I saw a commercial on TV for I buy wi and gave them a call. An agent came to look at my home; 5723 County Road R Manitowoc, WI 54220. We had a little dispute on the offer. So I talked to Corey (the owner of I buy in Green Bay WI) he really came through for me of what I was asking. Ashley P. Was part of the team. She did the closing. Five stars! With how much I had on my plate and losing my husband, it was hard, but the whole process with Page and Vanessa talking with me, helped me through it. It was bittersweet, but it was good to say goodbye to the house. A new family can go in and enjoy the house that we did for 39 years. IBuyWi buys houses as is, meaning they buy the house and all it's contents inside and outside once the closing documents are signed. The two people we worked with before closing were fantastic, very kind and helpful. It is a great way to sell a house quickly and you don't need to fix anything and stage it to sell. If that is what you need to do I would recommend giving Jerret a call.

We had a great experience working with Joey and Vanessa. They listened, were attentive, responded to questions, and set our minds at ease throughout the whole process. They were flexible with our closing date which helped meet our needs in the purchase of our new home. I can't say enough about how nice it was to work with them. Highly recommend!
