We highly recommend this company. Jayson and his team were extremely responsive and knowledgeable. He came to sweep our chimney and discovered we had had a fire due to the Shield's sweeping our chimney from the top and breaking the baffle. He worked to get the upgraded piping and to correct the problem in a timely manner. We have been pleased with the work he has done thus far, going above and beyond to help us get this fixed before winter.
