I thought I was getting the part replaced. The shop is took it to prior had already diagnosed the problem called the service department and gave them the codes. The service department agreed that was the problem and needed to set up an appointment to get it replaced under recall. I waited 2.5 hours only to find out they were diagnosing the problem and not fixing the problem. I already knew what the problem was. Now I'm having to wait for the part to arrive to go wait again to finally get it fixed Very frustrating!

Only went because I heard noise ,they told me I need struts for 2550 hundred dollars , I took my car to National Auto,I only had lose bolts, they tighten did not charge my nothing told me to have a nice day, I will always go to National Auto on Clinton HWY....

The service writer a lady. She comes out wants to know what she can do for us. Told her we need a service done. 2024 3500 HD that we bought there! Need them to put the rear wheels on correctly. She tells me we don't work on duallies. WHAT your service dept put the back wheels on wrong on the last service. She says they don't have a way to pick it up. WHAT I had to explain to her in detail why the back wheels were on wrong. Could not air the inner tires up because the valve stems are behind the outer wheel not in the window, ... read more
