As a board member it has been great knowing our manager has a relationship with fox chase contracting. We have done two projects with them. They have made everything easy on the community with little disruption and a high level of communication. I would recommend them to any hoa/ coa in need of a big project.

I am on the Board in my community. We selected Fox Chase because they understand the challenges that COAs face when doing a large scale project. They came to several open meetings and talked directly to the residents which was really nice since our neighbors got to know them before they started and answer any questions. Would recommend!
I use Fox Chase Contracting as a community manager for all of my properties; they are always responsive and helpful and I can depend on great service from them. The quality of work is also top notch and they stand behind their work. From ownership and GM (Alex and Pete), to the office staff (Olivia, Jackie, Jose, Lisa etc), and to the staff onsite (Dave, Doug, Elvis etc) they always have a personal touch with a problem solving attitude!
