Will not take "Cheap" Jobs. Take your business elsewhere for HOA associations. If you're doing bids, actively AVOID Fox Chase Contracting as they were unwilling to look at an inspection for Gutter and Drainage in an affected condo. Because they called to say, "This isn't work that we do." Tell the neighboring associations as well to avoid them. They want expensive jobs, but how do they got clients if they won't service HOA problems?
