If I could leave zero stars I would. This place is ridiculous and constantly comes up with frivolous charges! HOA’s go up for things that aren’t properly fixed! I wouldn’t recommend this place for anything and can’t wait to move!
love the people in the neighborhood. great neighbors. great location. Bad management- have the nerve to come around and post tacky orange violations all over your condo about minor blemishes like a broken doorwall handle while they sit back and collect dues for a pool that hasn't opened in two years. During covid they pocketed all the money saved from not hiring 2 lifeguards/day all summer.
