Very clean quiet place to live. The board members are friendly . The pool has a lifeguard on staff at all times. I wish the pool was open more hours though. In the bathrooms at the pool could use a facelift

I’ve lived here for almost 8 years. HOA is ridiculous. I pay ovsr $300 something dollars every single month for what? Last year we didn’t even have a pool because they decided to fix it at the end of August! They give you certain days with certain time slots to get a pool pass and if you can’t make it on those days you have to pay to enter the pool even if you live here! I tried to go to the pool today and I was told I can’t even come here at all without a pool pass even though I was just here a few days ago and paid the $2 ... read more
Foxchase condominiums is a beautiful place to live. I have lived here for 7 years and The neighbors are great, everyone does their part and above in keep the place clean and beautiful, accommodations are nearby, we are in one of the best school districts and our club house is lovely esp the pool which is newly renovated. The negative post as of recent are mainly directed at both the current and the last management company which are TImmoms management and AMI.
