I have lived here since 2017 and there has been a huge difference since the association company changed over to Timmons. They go through maintenance employees like no other nobody wants to stay before I knew every single one of the maintenance guys. Most of the time you can't even get in touch with anybody if you do have a problem. The HOA fee continues to go up every year and I don't see why. Do not move here! The management company is horrible. Rodents are starting to take over, especially near dumpsters. The walls are super thin, you will hear your neighbors every move.
