I completed 34 radiation treatments at Foxchase East Norriton. Dr. Randi Cohen and her entire Team, from front office intake to scheduling, and treatments, were efficient, warm friendly and professional. If I can say that I actually looked forward to treatment due to how nice the people are - that's saying a lot!
I see 2 doctors at this facility. Dr Cohen and Dr. Anari. Every appointment I was seen promptly. Every appointment I was treated kindly with compassion! Every appointment my doctors listened and gave me all the treatment and knowledge I needed. I also had 7 weeks of radiation treatments there. Most every appointment was on time which was crucial for my prep for my treatment. I was referred by my doctor to this facility. I called in several days ago and did my intake. Told someone would contact me with appt. times. I am still waiting for a call back and in fact I called back and they can't find my information, which is scary in itself since that information is sensitive! I can get an appointment faster with a mechanic! Terrible way to treat people who are already anxious awaiting tests!
Dr. Porpiglia answered all of my questions, was very compassionate, and made sure I was comfortable with my procedures before I had my surgery. After my surgery she followed up with the same level of professionalism. I am grateful I had her and Fox Chase! :)
