Aside from arriving on time they were also friendly and knowledgeable and charged me reasonably for the stove that won't lit. It's working now. I am a satisfied customer and would recommend.
Would not recommend. I rearranged my day for this appointment and never heard from them. The whole company seems a little bit scam-ish-- never the same person on the phone, lots of background noise (like a call center?) Sincerely regretting paying for the service visit in advance because now I'm roped into waiting for them again instead of just calling another company. Will not be using them again.
The company canceled me twice due to an emergency and then a family emergency. My appointment was between 8 and noon. They called me at 1140 to tell me they were not coming due to an emergency. The company also charges you ahead of time for the service call. This is to secure that you don't cancel on them. The thing that made me mad is the fact that no one, especially the secretary, called to apologize. They just say that someone will call to reschedule. Poor, poor service and customer service in my opinion.
