You know when you get that one text or email from a spam company and you ignore it? I do. Thats what Ted does to you, but only after you hire him and pay thousands of dollars. Do better for the people that hire you and pay you money. It’s not just the results that count, it’s effort too.
Very disappointed to say the least…. Ted Cassert is a very nice guy but unfortunately, he is not able to take on the amount of cases he has taken on and still be able to manage having good faith and judgement to protect a child and do what’s in the best interest of the child, Our attorneys, even the Mediator Judge was shocked at his decision…. The one star is given out of pure necessity to leave a review. Believe me when I say one star is more than generous and more than Ted Cassert deserves. We thought we were hiring someone who would do what was right, view the undeniable evidence, and protect the child. Instead we ended up with this guy - the one who took on so many cases he couldn’t pay attention to the facts staring him in the face. Even the mediation judge was confused at his recommendation. If you want a guardian ad litem who does the absolute bare minimum and treats a child’s future like a game, hire Ted Cassert. Perfect man for the job. He ignores overwhelming real evidence and makes up evidence of his own. A real talent. Would highly recommend if you’re hoping to throw thousands of dollars down the drain. You can’t do better than Ted Cassert.
Graham McKinnon is an excellent attorney—professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive. He clearly explained every step of the process and made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. I felt supported and confident in his guidance throughout. Highly recommend.
