I bought my home on 6/9 and it had a fox bro alarm installed previously w the original owners.. it was deactivated, i called up and Mark was a pure gentleman, he set an appt and came out to my home and walked me through everything step by step. We def set the alarm off a few times in error and within seconds, my phone was ringing off the hook.. at one point the trooper showed up at the door to verify all was ok.. I have been a customer of Fox Brothers Alarms for several years. They are an absolutely wonderful company to work with (also love that its a family owned business). From the ladies you speak with when you call in for questions to the guys that come to your house for the install or service ( I added all my windows, first install was just my enterence doors, I had GREAT EXPERIENCE both times) everyone is very friendly.
