This company is horrible. They have an employee, Jamal, who is very hostile and inappropriate with customers. I have worked with dozens of similar companies, around LAX and other airports, and this is one company that I would avoid at all costs.
This company does not deserve even one star, but I had to put something. Do not EVER park your car here!!! When I returned to pick up my car, I found it had been ransacked and I had been robbed. When I called the police department to make my report, I learned I was the FIFTH person THAT DAY calling about the same thing from this company. I have just been informed that "Fox Auto Parks is not liable for any loss including contents."
