Mr Eddie and Ms Tiffany provided me with great service as did Ms Kim who answered my call. They could've easily sold me a new agitator for a washer. Instead I just needed new dogs and Eddie put them on for me. Great experience. You could also tell by there great attitude they love what they do.
I come to this appliance store often. The staff here is always courteous and professional. Nichole always goes the extra mile to make me and my staff feel appreciated. Best appliance store around!
Prompt service. I'd called ahead so the part was ready and waiting. Courteous and convenient and saved me $$$ since it was just an ac unit fan i needed to replace so I didnt have to call a professional to fix it. I'd definitely go back to this place
I came in thinking I needed a new $85 start switch for a Whirlpool dryer. Fox employee Spencer Cagle asked me what I was working on and he noticed the switch I was about to purchase. He told me that these switches rarely fail and that he would check the switch for me. He came back a couple of minutes later and told me the switch was good and it was probably a thermal fuse. The total cost was $12.00 for the fuse and it worked great. Thank you Spencer Cagle for going above and beyond your duties. I LOVE Fox Appliance
