We bought a Tucson hybrid. Friendly service and no hassle or rigmarole.
I needed emergency repairs and they were quite accommodating.
Lady of the phone doesn't helpful, transferring our call to inappropriate place. She didn't mentioned her name too. 4/3/2025 Manager must train their staff customer friendly.
People are pleasant in service. But, they are under staffed when a serious concern of a radiator leak requires more than 5 weeks out just to get someone to take a simple look at the situation to confirm how serious. I tried to schedule the quick look with a service and they stated cannot do it. On phone I scheduled the standard maintenance for a few days form the call and the radiator review for 5 weeks out.
