Mike Oberle helped me and he was very professional and got everything taken care of right away.
Salesman Jerry is professional and can't remember names but the mecahnics were super nice and walked me through everything. The only slate is credit card payments processing fees SHOULD NOT be passed down to customers. In order for Acura to step up its game to become truly a 'luxury or premium brand,' these small things do add up. Throughout my years of owning a Lexus, not only is this unfathomable but also car loaners should be given if you are waiting at least 3 hours or so.
The staff were professionally on time with providing information and getting the job done. I was very pleased.
