I was looking to replace my Honda minivan that was totaled in an accident and found a used Odyssey at Fox and at three other dealerships. I discovered three of the four vans weren't even available. Two dealerships kept them listed to drum up customers and the third was in the process of "getting it ready" while he misled me on the wait time. After a terrible experience at Acura of Troy, we decided to take our MDX to Fox Ann Arbor. What a relief! Brent, the assistant service manager was very helpful. The technician, Dave, rode with me for a road test so he could hear first hand what was happening. They were able to fix in two hours what Acura of Troy couldn’t fix in two visits and 8 hours. Highly recommend! Thanks guys!
