Great cut/color , technique was thorough , I just felt like it took way longer (4+ hours ) than expected for what I asked for (medium cut and partial highlights) and didn’t think it felt like an experience that genuinely deserved almost $400 . I don’t want to nitpick what was done /not done , but for what you pay , I expected more care with consistent water temperature, head massage , to be asked about what products I wanted/ didn’t want , and to just finish a little faster . I made an appointment online months in advance hoping to see a hairstylist I'd previously seen several times, but my appointment was cancelled last minute without any attempt to work with my schedule. And I received no updates or warnings from reception. This hasn't been the first time either. It's unfortunate they don't really care about retaining their customers or operating a professional schedule.

Moving across country and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! It’s always a little nerve wrecking finding a new stylist, and I couldn’t be more happy with finding Chelsey and sticking with her even when we moved further south! She dies not only receive you with such a warm welcome but makes sure you get exactly what you envision. Madi is phenomenal! Cut, color. Anything & everything. A lot of the time I go in not knowing what I want to do, and she helps me figure it out. She nails it every single time. The confidence she gives me every time she does my hair is 100000/10. I cannot recommend her enough. I never leave reviews but I had write something because she’s been doing my hair now for almost 2 years or so, and I feel more and more like myself after I see her!
