I have been a client of Fox and Hound for nine years while I've lived out of state and out of the country. They have done a great job keeping both of my rental properties filled with very good tenants. Fox and Hound has a seamless payment and accounting system making financial summaries at tax time super easy. They have always been responsive to maintenance and repair requirements and communicate effectively to enable timely and informed decisions.

We haven’t even moved in yet and whoever is helping us at F&H called raising his voice to my wife over a trivial misunderstanding is concerning to say the least. I am wondering how they react under actual stressful situations. Hopefully they were just having a bad day. I’m leaving out a lot of detail to spare the gentleman embarrassment, but if we have a similar issue in the future I’ll reconsider 3 stars, if this was a one off experience I’ll consider improving my rating. So much for Southern Gentleman.
