Walked in with immense anxiety due to past hair trauma and really considered walking out.... But Anna-Marie instantly made that feeling vanish. She was so kind and understanding and really took her time making sure to walk through each step as she went. She did exactly as I asked and even offered me advice on how to care for my hair better.
