My elderly mother called for a quote and was provided $450 for servicing her septic tank. She was given a bill for $716. There explanation was they had to dig and it cost extra. This should have been explained prior to the work being done so she could decide whether or not to continue. Taking advantage of elderly is not considered good business.
I had to contact Fowlkes Plumbing for a neighbor on Christmas morning. Due to a hard freeze, many people, including my neighbor, were having trouble with pipes, and they still made time to assist us via the phone and sent a plumber on Christmas Day. They were very friendly and got the job done, and because of that, they are my go-to plumbing service now.
Mr. Fowlkes came after hours when he found out I had a problem. He didn’t leave until the drain was open and flowing properly. I can’t thank him enough!!
We called first on February 24th and were told they were a week behind but they could recommend someone else (who did wonderful however can’t pump septic tanks). We were told on Thursday the 25th that someone would be in touch from this company to come pump our tanks. When we hadn’t heard from anyone on Monday we called and were told they could come Wednesday or Thursday the 3rd and 4th.
