Very friendly, helpful
Wouldn't even take 5 minutes to let me explain my situation. Last time I checked, most lawyers offer free consultation. I know, because I've dealt with many of them. Also, Sam Garner was extremely rude on the phone and would hardly let me talk. I would recommend going out of town before hiring this guy.
I called Sam to ask a few very simple questions because he was referred to me, and wasn't even allowed to speak, just as the other reviews state. I would not refer him to anyone as he was very rude and hateful. You know, that "I'm entitled to talk to you like you are a nobody because I am a lawyer" complex that a lot of lawyers have.
Very unprofessional manner in discussing my brother’s death and estate. Was rude to me and dismissed me because “ he’s not that smart” What lawyer tells you that he isn’t intelligent? No empathy.
