I am very disappointed with Fowler Pools. They did a very expensive install for me for my pool, which breaks down often, they can't fix it, and they always have an excuse to avoid taking responsibility.
Beware - when something goes wrong, they come up with every excuse they can to avoid having to fix it. We had our pool renovated and most of the work was done great. However, they missed several pieces that were supposed to be added and did not replace pieces that the sales guy (who I was told was fired) confirmed would be done. The owner brushes the issues off and does not respond; simply passes you to his guys.
