I was solicited for this review. I spent 60k on a pool remodel from I have a healthy list of disappointments. The biggest by far- I paid for AA baha bench that was installed at the wrong depth by 4”. - took at least a month to get to the owner. —- once there I agreed to keep it if he paid for a replacement pool lounger that would work for the improper depth. Very professional. Following the pool cleaning I always receive an email detailing what was done, chemicals used and a picture of the pool!

They are all very helpful and friendly. I called on Saturday during closed hrs and although I don’t recall leaving a message I was given a return call promptly on Monday morning. Jon came out the very next day to check the pool and give me a quote for weekly service. I received the quote that same day. They all seem very on top of all that they do and I appreciated that very much!
