YOU SAY YOU ARE A HOMETOWN PHARMACY THEN WHY DIDN'T YOU DELIVER THE MEDICINE THAT THE ELDERLY PERSON NEEDED A COUPLE DAYS AGO? EXPLAIN THAT ONE? I'M AN ELDERLY PERSON ALSO AND IF YOU TOLD THE NURSE YOU WOULD DELIVER THE MEDICATION THEN YOU SHOULD HAVE DELIVERED IT!! SHAME ON ALL OF YOU WHO WORK THERE!!! DID YOU EVER STOP TO THINK THAT IT MAY HAVE BEEN SOMETHING THE PATIENT WAS REQUIRED TO TAKE WHEN SHE GOT HOME FROM THE HOSPITAL? YOU'D NEVER BE A STORE OR PHARMACY I'D EVER WALK INTO.
As a medical professional trying to assist one of my patients after returning home from spending many months in a hospital and rehab, I am appalled at the level of unprofessionalism that Fowler Pharmacy on Laurens Rd in Greenville, SC has. I searched all over town to find a pharmacy that would deliver to our elderly patient who has no family and no way to get her medications, and thought we had found one.
