Came in urgently needing carpet to refit into my built in before handing back my keys , staff were absolutely amazing , Claire was very time efficient in offering various solutions and options , staff communicated very well and were a delight to deal with , would definitely recommend for any flooring needs :) x ps- please give Claire a pay rise she made my whole week
Fowlers management came through with good ethics and a generous solution for us after we had issues with the quality of blinds from the third-party manufacturer. All the team members we dealt with were friendly and helpful. Christian was exceptional in the way he handled our situation, thank you! We have used Fowlers for two areas of our home and all the installers have been great as well.
Receptionist is very rude was taking my Children into the car. She approached myself and told me to keep my kids quiet as she can’t hear customers on the phone.
We have had a Great experience with fowlers. Our contact Clint was professional and prompt with our measure and quote and any questions we had. The ladies at the office were easy and professional to deal with. We just had our plantation shutters installed, and they are beautiful, fowlers were also more affordable compared to others. Our installer was professional and spot on with his installation. Overall a good experience.
Excellent service right there way through- the initial visit, quote, selection of products and instillation. Love our new vinyl planks (Godfrey Hirst, Polaris, Blackbutt). Can’t wait for our new carpet
