Absolute pitbull of a receptionist highly recommend not attending this place as the lady was highly aggressive for no reason at all, tried to ask 2 questions and got zero answers and rushed out the door
Incorrect advise. Dentist / Manager Absolutely rude, unprofessional.
Do not ever use this dentist. They lure you in with false promises, and are absolute butchers. Sent me home after having multiple teeth pulled unnecessarily with no pain relief or follow up plan. Overcharged me for immediate dentures and did not tell me what I was buying. After my procedure I heard other stories from people who received bad care from the dentist but were too afraid to speak up. Any dentist that asks a person to sign a disclosure proir to surgery is SUSPICIOUS.
Michael White is a wonderful technician, reception are lovely, however the dentist is a an absolute horror, dodgy, and the practice overcharged ridiculously. Definitely do your research, and ask specifically what it is they are charging you for. If you are looking for extractions, emergency or general care, go to a public dentist!
Fowler Street Dental has truly been an amazing experience for my young daughter. They have shown alot of kindness, respect and support in times when my daughter was extremely fearful of her teeth being accessed and worked on. I highly recommend Fowler street Dental for the amazing experience they provide!
