Impossible to book a quote. After numerous attempts we booked a quote to replace kitec plumbing, install backwater valve, and sump pump overflow. We used our last walkthrough for our new home to book this and I got a call 10 minutes before our appointment to cancel and reschedule. Poor customer service.
Booked service through the online form and received an email about 30 minutes with availability. Quickly confirmed date and time. Received a text reminder about the appointment and a call from the tech that they were on their way. I had a ball valve replaced and a sink stopper adjusted. The toilet flush valve had to wait, but they were able to find one in the shop and replaced it the same day. Professional and courteous.
They have done a couple of jobs for me and I can’t say enough good about them. They are so friendly, always on time and they leave the work area so clean afterwards I find them to be very helpful, honest and reasonably priced. Highly recommended!!!
Mason is HANDS DOWN one of the most knowledgeable plumbers we have ever met! To make things EVEN BETTER, his customer service is INSANELY GOOD and he is one of the happiest workers we've ever seen!
