I saw Dr. Saad and his resident Sam and I was very impressed with how they listened, assessed, and discussed the issues I was having. I wish all MD’s had the same clinician skills. Excellent care!

Referred to Fowler for suspected meniscus tear. Received an appointment the day after the referral was sent and was able to receive a x-rays, diagnosis, and necessary action plan in that visit. Great experience - friendly staff throughout my visit and Dr. Saad spent time ensuring I had all of the information I needed. Thank you!

Appointment at 11 am, not seen until 11:30 by an attending. Room very small. Doctor in charge had student perform injection procedure, hit other nerves that were frozen at time. But once freezing came out, now have additional ankle and leg pain. Call 3 times was told I would be called back. Still waiting after 3 days. Very unprofessional. If the injection site was a "tricky area", why have a novice inject the site and cause further nerve damage? This place needs better oversight by LHSC for procedures.

I went to 3 physio appointments where they tried to straighten my knee for prolonged periods of time not knowing what the issue was. They had me doing exercises where they showed me once and the physio walked away and did not monitor my movements. I was told I would possibly get an appointment with an ortho in 8-12 weeks and would be at the top of the list ... read more

I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. El-Chabib for my frozen shoulder a year ago. He is incredibly kind, attentive, and supportive. He never told me to give up my sports—he’s always focused on finding a solution to help me return to them safely. Even a year after my shoulder injury, he’s still helping me get back to doing what I love. Thank you!
