I had numerous issues with the insurance company. First my automatic withdrawal was removed from my account and no blame was taken by their office and when I tried to fix it they were requiring two installment payments. Then to make matters worse I get a letter in the mail from Safeco saying they are going to up my policy by $800+ with no reason as to why.
