Parts dept. Lost a key fab 1 weeks after I bought a car. 😲 Went in bought a new fab 380.00 Literally man walked over took off shelf and got for us, took 2 minutes. Thought we would Wait until our 30 day check up on car to get programed. Well.....two days later yep, found key ! So, took back to get refund. The man behind counter was rude. Said we usually dont accept returns on fabs. But this time I will....but charged us 25 % restocking fee! About 80.00!! Mind you we didn't even get fab programed... Or even open box!
