New car 2023, under a 5-year warranty. I went to the service center because a light appeared on the dashboard indicating that I needed to change the oil, even though I had done so within the recommended mile range. They told me I had to change the oil, change the air filters, and get a diagnostic for the light on the dashboard, according to the "Service Advisor: K. Kreutzer." The service Dept. had my leased car for almost 3 months because a wire harness was loose causing a ton of codes! It took 2 weeks to even get a loaner car that once we got we were told by the rep that everything was covered and we wouldn't need to pay for anything (repair/ loaner). Communication was really bad with few updates unless I called. When I was told my car was ready I went in expecting to hand over the loaner, get my car and leave. Extremely slow service both times I’ve been here. Service staff don’t communicate well with eachother. Took 4 hours to complete a simple job. Service manager was decent enough to give me a partial refund but it was still extremely inconvenient. I won’t be returning.
