The service writers do not know anything, they were not helpful or understanding. They would not go above or beyond to explain their coverages for services provided or not provided. I have been loyal to this location too long. I have seen a lot of service writers come and go and their services are getting worse. It does not pay to be loyal. I have had two cars with all services done at this location, but that means nothing to this company. I will be taking my car to another Kia dealership from now on.
Recently took my 2025 Kia K4 in for the first service and oil change. They told me I needed an alignment because my steering wheel was slanted to the right (has been since the day of purchase) They Completed the alignment, but made the problem worse now the steering wheel is tilted to the left and will not drive straight. Immediately returned with the vehicle and they said there’s nothing wrong with the steering wheel.
