My wife took our 2025 Sorento PHEV for an oil change and some standard maintenance. Rear camera not working and basic 15,000 mile check up. On the way up she picked up a clump of asphalt on one tire and asked them to look into the vibration in the front end. It’s either dumb luck, the same technician, or both. I’ve taken my Kia for warranty recalls and both times they left it in a worst condition then it was left. The most recent time, 08/19, they removed the steering wheel and placed it back on not straight. I did have them correct that after leaving the parking lot and I noticed it. Technicians don't know what they're doing
They replaced the rear view camera in my Kia Niro EV, but put the trim back in wrong. I opened the back hatch when I got home and it fell off, hit me in the head and left a gash near my eye. The trim broke. To top it all off, they charged $700+ for routine maintenance and tire rotation. DO NOT GO HERE.
